Thank you for taking an interest in our Youth and Children’s Ministry. We believe every child is a gift from God, and every family deserves to know they have a place in our faith community. As the Body of Christ, we come alongside families to help children grow in faith, friendship, and confidence in the love of Jesus.

Our Children’s Ministry team is fully Safe Sanctuary trained, committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where kids are cared for like the Good Shepherd cares for His flock. To help us support your child well and keep you informed, we ask families to complete a simple consent form. This allows us to communicate clearly, honor safety guidelines, and ensure your child is known and cared for.

  • Kid's Church

    Kid's Church is open to kids of all ages. We are using the Celebrate Wonder curriculum, which is designed to reach all ages. The material delivers the Old and New Testament Bible stories in engaging ways, tapping into the children's different learning styles.

    Kids start upstairs in service, joining Pastor Eric for Kid's Time during Worship. Then, after sharing time with the congregation and being prayed for, they head down to Kid's Church. Kid's Church dismisses at 10:35 am (the same time service ends).

  • Funday Thursday

    Funday Thursday is an after-school gathering for children from Kindergarten through 4th Grade, held every Thursday from 3:30 to 5:15 p.m. (September through May). A snack is served, and kids get time to hang out and do homework before going into Bible stories and crafts. Every month, a theme has a corresponding memory: Bible verses, crafts, and Bible stories.

    The permission form for the after-school program must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians must also sign children in and out from Funday Thursday.

  • Youth Group

    Our youth group aims to build relationships with each other and Jesus Christ. The youth group is open to teens (middle and high school) and tweens. We will eat food, digest the scriptures, partake in games, and depart in prayer. We meet Thursdays 3:30-5:00 pm.  

    The permission form for the Kids & Youth Programs must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian for youth to attend.

  • Lego Group

    Join us on the first Saturday of every month from 1–3 PM for a Bible lesson brought to life with LEGO! Hear the story, then get creative and build your own LEGO creation inspired by the lesson.

  • Pen & Paper: D&D Tabletop Group

    Middle and high school students are welcome to gather for imagination-filled tabletop adventures every 2nd and 4th Saturday, 3–5pm. A safe, creative space to build friendships, tell stories, and enjoy collaborative gameplay.  

  • Summer Thursday Movies

    Morning movies for kids during the summer time. This event is offered June through July.
